Does this project need frontend

I am python dev and working on this project . if fronted is need I have to ask my friend to contribute .
if fronted is needed can we create two repo for the project

    Hello Ishaque, Thank you for reaching out! Frontend is recommended as the project must be capable of being successfully installed and running consistently on either web, Android, or iOS and must function as depicted in any provided video and/or expressed in the text description.

    We require just one URL to your Open Source code repository so please be sure the one repository encompasses how your project was built.
