[Questions Regarding availability of Imagen] Imagen unavailable outside Google Colab or Local Jupyter notebook

Hey organizing team,
I have been unable to access imagen outside of a google colab or jupyter notebook environment.
I found this Link: https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/docs/imagen
and it states that imagen is available through the Gemini API only through early access in private preview.

Could you provide clarification regarding this.

  Great question! Asked the team and Imagen should be public/generally available on Vertex AI (as of recently) and accessible as per this documentation: https://cloud.google.com/vertex-ai/generative-ai/docs/image/overview.
