Google developer Account

Can you tell me how to sign up for a Google developer account?
are there any fees for the account and the products?

    Hello Anvit, Thank you for your interest in the hackathon! Access to Google Cloud may be obtained by signing up for a no cost trial at https://cloud.google.com/free.

    If you have an existing Google Cloud account you may request $100 in Google Cloud credits by completing this form: https://forms.gle/4L1hBESY85zWaUM8A. Provision of credits to you is not guaranteed and at Google’s discretion. You are responsible for any and all fees accrued from use of Google Cloud developer tools if your use of these tools in connection with this Contest.
