Question about mlb-homeruns.csv

Hello,
The competition has ended, but I have a question after looking at the homeruns data.
Why does the mlb-homeruns.csv file only provide data for 2016, 2017, 2024 and 2024 postseason?
The column values seem to be the same, so I'm curious about why only those years are included.
